The Opportunity
You will be front and centre of revenue growth, owning pipeline strategy, senior client relationships and pitch leadership. This role is about building a repeatable, scalable growth function that drives both short-term revenue and long-term strategic positioning.
You Will:
• Design and embed the agency’s growth strategy, defining where to play and how to win
• Build a robust pipeline of direct-brand opportunities
• Lead high-stakes pitches end to end, from narrative to commercial structure
• Refine and package the agency’s social and creative offering for market
• Drive profitable pricing, rate card integrity and commercial rigour
• Develop multi-year, strategic client relationships at C-suite level
• Improve retention and reduce churn through smarter growth planning
• Partner with marketing to elevate thought leadership and market presence
• Create a performance-led, low-ego, high-ambition culture
