Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing, award-winning hair wellness and nutrition brand in the search for a high-calibre Personal Assistant / Founder’s Right-Hand to support the Managing Director as the business enters its next phase of accelerated growth.
This is not a traditional PA role. This is an opportunity to sit at the heart of the business, anticipating needs, driving momentum, and acting as a trusted extension of a dynamic, visionary founder.

The Role
We’re looking for someone highly organised, commercially aware, and naturally one step ahead — someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and enjoys being instrumental to success.
You will:
* Act as a strategic gatekeeper to the Managing Director, managing a complex diary, inbox, and priorities
* Anticipate needs and proactively streamline the founders time, focus, and decision-making
* Coordinate travel, events, and business logistics seamlessly
* Support across both business and personal life admin, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
* Provide ad-hoc support across operations, marketing, and special projects as the business scale
* This role will suit someone who enjoys ownership, trust, and responsibility — and who wants to grow alongside a founder and business on an exciting upward trajectory.
About You
* Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with polished written and verbal skills
* Proactive, discreet, and naturally reliable
* Thrives in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
* PA experience — initiative, judgement, and drive matter most
* A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big advantage
