Role Description
This is a remote, commission-only sales position for a self-motivated B2B sales professional. You will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing deals, working independently to identify prospects, build client relationships, present solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Your focus will be selling our AI consulting services, automation solutions, custom SaaS platforms, website development, and managed support packages. You will develop your own sales strategies, leverage your network, and work closely with our team to understand client needs and deliver tailored proposals.
This role offers significant earning potential through commission on project sales and recurring revenue, with equity options available for top performers.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in B2B sales with experience closing deals over £1,000
* Strong lead generation and prospecting abilities
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* Experience selling technology, software, or professional services
* Self-starter who thrives working independently and meeting targets
* Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities
* Background in AI, SaaS, or tech sales is advantageous but not required
