You’ll play a key role in attracting candidates and strengthening our employer brand through compelling digital marketing across social, email, web, and design.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
📱 Social Media
Take ownership of our candidate-facing channels (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok):
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns
Create and publish engaging, scroll-stopping content
Monitor performance and continuously improve engagement
Use Hootsuite to keep everything running smoothly📧 Email Marketing
Build and deliver impactful campaigns using Mailchimp
Write targeted, high-quality email copy
Ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and strong audience targeting🎨 Design & Creative
Create eye-catching assets using Adobe & Canva
Deliver polished visuals with minimal revisions
Support campaign materials, job fairs, and local marketing🌐 Website & Content
Update and manage website content via WordPress
Write blogs, landing pages, and SEO-friendly copy
Keep content fresh, engaging, and on-brand📊 Paid Campaign Support
Assist with paid social and Google Ads campaigns
Support with creative, copy, and setup
Contribute ideas to improve performance🤝 Collaboration & Support
Work closely with the marketing team and branches
Support employer brand and internal campaigns
Help maintain consistent messaging across all channels✅ What You’ll Bring
Essential:
2–3+ years in a hands-on marketing role
Strong social media management experience
Email marketing experience (Mailchimp preferred)
Design skills (Adobe & Canva)
WordPress experience
Excellent copywriting skills
Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlinesDesirable:
TikTok content experience
Exposure to paid ads (social or Google)
SEO/GEO content writing
B2C or recruitment marketing experience
