Job Overview:
Are you confident, enthusiastic, and passionate about working with children? We're looking for energetic and creative Kids After School Activity Coaches to join our growing team. In this flexible part-time role, you'll lead engaging after-school sessions across a variety of themes – from sports and physical play to arts & crafts and technology-based activities like basic coding or STEM challenges.
We provide full lesson plans and resources to help you deliver exciting, structured sessions – no planning required

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sessions across a mix of themes, including:
* Sport & physical activities
* Arts & crafts
* Technology/STEM play (e.g. coding, building, creative challenges)
* Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
* Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
* Set up, pack down, and maintain activity equipment.
* Represent Kidz Academy's values and support program growth within the community.
Essential Criteria:
* Experience working with children (minimum 1 year).
* At least one qualification related to sport, art, childcare, teaching, or a relevant subject (e.g. Level 1 coaching qualification, OCN, or similar).
* Recent Enhanced Access NI Check (within 1 year) or willingness to complete one.
* Confident leading small groups with high energy and positivity.
* Excellent organisation, timekeeping, and communication skills.
* Valid driver's licence and access to own transport.
* Friendly, flexible, and able to adapt to a range of activity types and group dynamics.
Bonus Skills (Not Essential):
* Experience delivering STEM or coding activities to children.
* Background in creative arts, drama, or performance.
* Multi-disciplinary coaching experience.
