Deputy Manager – Make a Real Difference in Children’s Lives
Are you a natural leader with a heart for helping children thrive? Atrium Healthcare is seeking a Deputy Manager to join a passionate team at a children’s residential home. If you’ve got experience in care and leadership, and you want to build brighter futures every day, we’d love to hear from you.
In this role, you’ll:
Work alongside the Registered Manager to lead and inspire the team
Ensure children receive personalised, compassionate care
Update care plans and oversee compliance with regulatory standards
Mentor and train staff to be the best they can be
Step up as Manager when needed – you're a key part of the leadership team
What you’ll bring:
NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent)
Leadership experience in children’s care
Strong Ofsted knowledge
Empathy, communication skills, and a proactive mindset
