Our client is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Manager to join their growing team. The Finance Operations Manager will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, strong cash management, and efficient transactional processing. Key Responsibilities for the Finance Operations Manager Lead, manage and develop a team of transactional finance staff. Set clear objectives and performance standards for the team. Own and oversee the daily bank reconciliation process. Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner. Manage the billing team, ensuring invoicing is accurate and issued on time. Manage the Accounts Payable Administrator to ensure supplier invoices are processed accurately and on time. Run the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Post payroll journals into the accounting system. Calculate and process monthly sales commissions. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure robust financial controls are maintained across all transactional processes.
