Provides support to other members of the primary health care team and contributes towards the co-ordination of team activities and the development of the Practice as a whole. Refers to more senior members of the Primary Health Care team as appropriate. Works within all relevant practice policies and procedural guidelines for example: infection control, chaperoning. Is required to keep competencies up to date and partake in ongoing training and appraisal process for continuing professional development.
Give specific treatments under Patient Specific Directions where appropriate and if deemed competent.
