The Kingfisher Outreach Team is looking for an experienced Clinical Services Administrator to support our vision to deliver excellence for people with a learning disability and autistic people in our specialist acute inpatient mental health services and outreach team.
The Kingfisher is an exciting programme that will deliver measurable benefits and clinical outcomes. This role provides comprehensive administration and secretarial support to multidisciplinary teams, wards or departments including named medical staff and the system-wide multi-disciplinary team.
The role involves being the first point of contact for the team, including meeting and greeting visitors, receiving initial enquiries, and directing telephone calls.
You will be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills. You will have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and be able to work to high standards, including taking personal details from people and uploading them onto the electronic patient record system (Rio).
You will need to meet deadlines, collate data and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. You will work effectively in a team and share work streams where appropriate. You will arrange meetings, take formal minutes and keep records on up-to-date templates. You will manage your own workload with minimal supervision, with the supervisor available for reference.

Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administration and secretarial support to multidisciplinary teams, wards or departments including named medical staff and the system-wide MDT.
* Act as first point of contact for the team (front-of-house duties, enquiries, directing calls).
* Arrange meetings, take formal minutes, and maintain records using up-to-date templates.
* Meet deadlines, collate data and ensure administrative processes meet standards.
* Upload personal details onto the Rio electronic patient record system.
* Work collaboratively within the team to share work streams and manage workload.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking ability.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Experience with administrative duties in a healthcare setting is preferred.
* Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with Rio or similar EPR systems is desirable.
