My client is aa leading construction consultancy with a robust pipeline and a passionate team. We're on the lookout for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to help them deliver exciting projects from £500k to £20m.
What You'll Do:
* Assist in crafting accurate cost estimates and budgets.
* Support procurement of subcontractors and materials.
* Monitor project finances and keep costs in check.
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, and variations.
* Assist with valuations and final accounts.
* Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or related field.
* 1-2 years' experience (placement year counts).
* Strong numerical skills and analytical mindset.
* Familiarity with construction methods and technology.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of industry software is a plus.
* Full UK driving license preferred.
