The role Working closely with a Senior Director, the candidate will assist with leadership of the Major Buildings Team comprising approximately 13 PM staff. Leadership duties will also extend to facilities management delivery, working closely with our dedicated Major Buildings FM Team across multiple assets/Clients. The individual will take responsibility for contract and property management of some prestigious Central London office assets owned by a variety of institutional, private wealth and overseas Clients. This role offers the right candidate an opportunity to assist in the continued brand and service offer development of the Major Buildings Team. The individual will need to demonstrate they are responsive to opportunities, commercially astute and future-orientated with an innovative approach to property management. Client relationship and staff management experience is essential. Assist with the leadership and strategic growth of our Major Buildings Property Management Team: Provide focused, highly responsive and market-leading management in accordance with Client contracts Offer strong strategic leadership across the entire Major Buildings PM & FM Team Assist with the growth of our property management business and play a key role in helping to develop and shape team brand/market identity Ensure that the service provided is continually monitored and in line with all SLA's/KPI's Take a proactive view of our client's assets, identifying opportunities where service can be improved or added value realised through PM or via call-off services Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Clients and their Asset/Fund Managers Nurture an environment conducive to effective teamwork, co-operation and engagement among all team members Mentor/develop x3 PM direct reports (x1 Senior Associate Director, x1 Associate Director, x1 Senior Admin) and assist in their progression within the business, to enhance wider service delivery Key deliverables Act as principal point of contact for Major Buildings Team Clients Lead client reporting in relation to all Landlord and Tenant matters and report in accordance with Client requests, both ad hoc and structured Daily liaison with Clients, their customers, solicitors and professional advisors Proactively identify opportunities where business can be generated Ensure delivery of service by generating effective working relationships with Client teams and members of the wider property management department Identify and undertake asset management initiatives (with Client instruction) Liaise and develop working relationships with other parts of BNPPRE to maximise cross selling opportunities in line with the business' GTS Strategy Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base. Ensure regular and effective communication with the Client and customer base Support Head of Major Buildings in all team and developmental matters Lead and/or coordinate PM support on due diligence for acquisition and disposals Regularly report to Head of Major Buildings on all measurable PM performance criteria. Calculate, forecast and reconcile Team PM fees Support Head of Major Buildings in all team and business developmental matters Essential experience Track record of working with clients at a high level with evidence of effective service delivery, client relationship and team management experience Demonstrable experience managing multi-let office buildings of scale with strong knowledge and understanding of office management trends, e.g. hospitality-led customer service, emerging technology, building amenity provision, ESG, etc Mobilisation experience for new build developments / refurbishments, preferably with an element of management design advice Sound Landlord & Tenant knowledge Able to demonstrate responsiveness to commercial opportunities; to adopt a future-orientated, innovative approach to PM Desired qualifications Degree level qualification MRICS qualified Full clean driving licence Previous use of Tramps property accounting package Key skills/competencies Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
