Responsibilities – Security Commissioning Engineer

* Commissioning on Access Control, CCTV and Intruder Alarms
* Diagnosing faults and resolving issues in a timely manner
* Servicing on Access Control, CCTV and Access Control
* Providing excellent customer service on‑site and over the phone
* Participating in the on‑call rota


Requirements – Security Commissioning Engineer

* Minimum of 5 years’ experience commissioning and servicing Access Control, CCTV and Access Control
* Ability to work independently across multiple sectors (commercial, residential, public, retail)
* Strong fault‑finding and system servicing skills
* Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred)
* Must be eligible for enhanced security screening
* Experience working on Lenel, CCure, Lenel, Gallagher and similar panels
* Desirable: Experience working on Kantech and CEM AC2000 systems

Responsibilities – Service & Commissioning Engineer

* Installing, commissioning, and servicing natural and mechanical smoke ventilation systems.
* Inspecting, testing, and fault‑finding on control panels, HV systems, and safety equipment.
* Using CFD reports to ensure systems meet design and compliance standards.
* Producing detailed service and commissioning reports for each project.
* Liaising with clients to provide technical advice and solutions.
* Working closely with design, project, and service teams to deliver safe, effective systems.


What We’re Looking For

* Experience in smoke ventilation, life safety, or fire systems.
* Strong electrical knowledge with hands‑on experience in control panels.
* High Voltage awareness/qualification (HVAP) - desirable.
* Knowledge of CFD reports and their application in ventilation systems - desirable.
* 18th Edition Electrical Qualification + Level 3 Electrical (or equivalent).
* Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points).
* ECS or CSCS card preferred.
* Excellent problem-solving, reporting, and client communication skills.

Role Description – Electrical Software Commissioning Engineer

* Some internal assistance & training of staff across departments in PLC/HMI/SCADA Systems.
* Onsite final commissioning of software, working alone and with other commissioning team members.
* Assisting with on‑site customer demonstrations and trials.
* Project pre‑order research and estimating by organising/attending meetings with customers and internal departments.
* Writing of control specification documents, such as testing schedules and operator manuals.
