Based out of our penthouse office suite in the heart of Manchester, we operate throughout the UK, EU and USA. As a Principal Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities would include:
1. Developing new and existing business within technology markets
2. Mentoring more junior staff members in best practice
3. Making use of technology platforms to deliver an efficient effective service to our customers
4. Market mapping and business development activities
5. Headhunting within niche technology markets in the UK, EU and US
6. Interviewing candidates to ensure suitability for roles and target organisations (supported by candidate engagement.)
7. Attending relevant industry events
8. Working collaboratively with other internal stakeholders (Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, etc.)
9. Evolving client relationships into exclusive/MSP/RPO/Project based accounts.
10. Attending client meetings / virtual meetings
11. Enjoying yourself and celebrating your success and the success of the team
What we look for in our Principal Recruitment Consultants:
12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
13. Motivated / Goal Oriented
14. Positive attitude and a desire to succeed with a proven track record in winning
15. Ability to lead and mentor in a supportive and collaborative manner
16. Proven track record or winning market share in your chosen area of specialism
17. Demonstrable experience of winning projects of work on an exclusive / retained basis
18. Excellent communication skills, professionalism, resilience, and perseverance
19. Willing to fully invest yourself in the role and work hard to reap the rewards
