OVERVIEW:
They are an extremely professional operation with strong relationships across the UK. The individual will need not only to be a first-rate commercial manager who understands brands, but also someone who can push ahead with new customers and build new business.
PERSON SPEC:
We are looking for someone who has extensive experience within FMCG, specifically food. It’s important that the incoming incumbent understands and appreciates how to deliver a brand-new product range to market.
The successful candidate will hold themselves to the values that underpin the business and can both integrate and add value to the global team. They will lead change and be a figurehead that defines success for other individuals across the business.
