What will you be responsible for? As a HR Graduate, you'll be assisting in the operational HR team, supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives Your day to day will include: Collaborate with the HR team to support the administration and delivery of HR initiatives including talent management, performance management, learning and development, organisational development, and employee engagement. Provide administrative support for employee relation cases with guidance from the HR team. Support the onboarding of new starters, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience Carry out exit interviews with leavers, to analyse feedback, trends and improve staff retention. Provide administrative and organisational support to ongoing projects, including liaising with HR and project management teams. How does the graduate scheme work?
