You will be driven and friendly, with previous relevant experience, excellent customer service skills, be of a smart appearance, and be able to work both behind the dispense bar and on the floor.
You will have a good knowledge of wines, cocktails, smoothies, tea and coffee preparation. You will be able to work under pressure, be self motivated, have excellent time management and be adaptable, flexible and ready to learn.
Experience: 1 year working within a similar establishment. Previous experience with micros or Symphony would be advantageous.
Qualifications: Training in wines, spirits, and cocktail preparation is desirable, Food Safety Level 2 or an equivalent qualification.
