The Role
You'll be an essential part of the leadership team, providing high-level administrative support to our Directors. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and delivers with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to multiple Directors, including diary management, travel planning and expense coordination.
2. Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, presentations and board packs.
3. Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing enquiries with professionalism.
4. Coordinate meetings, minute taking and action tracking for executive forums and leadership teams.
5. Support key projects and communications on behalf of the Directors.
6. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
7. Assist with organisational tasks to streamline executive workflows and enhance productivity.
What We're Looking For
8. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders.
9. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, professional documents.
11. Ability to prioritise and work autonomously while managing competing deadlines.
12. Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment aligned with family-centric and people-first values.
