The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and confident Private General Dentist with strong cosmetic skills to join our modern and growing private practice in Essex.
This is a private-only position with excellent earning potential, offering 45% private remuneration and the opportunity to grow and develop a strong private patient list with increasing demand for cosmetic and aesthetic treatments.
This role does not involve NHS work.
Clinical Focus
We are particularly interested in a dentist with experience and confidence in:
1. Cosmetic Dentistry
2. Smile Makeovers
3. Composite Bonding
4. Veneers and aesthetic crown work
5. Invisalign
6. Clear aligner systems (Spark, ClearCorrect, Angel Aligners or similar)
7. Short-term orthodontics
8. Implants (placement and/or restoration) are a very strong advantage
9. Digital smile design
10. Full mouth rehabilitation
11. Facial aesthetics (advantageous)
This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive treatment planning and building a loyal private patient base.
Days Available
12. Tuesday
13. Thursday
14. Friday
15. Minimum 2 days required
16. Option of 1-2 Saturdays per month (if desired)
Candidate Requirements
17. GDC registered (essential)
18. No performer number required
19. Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience preferred
20. Confident in cosmetic and aesthetic case delivery
21. Strong communication and case presentation skills
22. Motivated to grow a private list
23. Professional, team-oriented mindset
