Your Role as Clinical Lead
As our Clinical Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping care delivery, supporting and inspiring teams, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing a minimum of two clinical shifts per week on the floor
* Providing weekend and night cover as required
* Participating in the on-call rota
* Leading, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams
* Championing person-centred care and continuous clinical improvement
* Supporting safe, compliant and compassionate care delivery
What Were Looking For
* Current NMC registration
* Authorisation to work in the UK without sponsorship, or swapping your current certificate
* Strong clinical expertise combined with confident leadership skills
* A flexible, hands-on approach to shifts and on-call responsibilities
* Passion for building engaged, supported, high-performing teams
