P4 Recruitment is proud to be recruiting a Service Managersupporting adults with complex needs including mental health challenges, homelessness, and drug and alcohol misuse histories.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of the residential service
* Ensure safe, compliant, person-centred support delivery
* Supervise, support, and develop staff teams
* Oversee care planning and risk management processes
* Work in partnership with external agencies (housing, MH teams, substance misuse services)
* Manage safeguarding concerns effectively and appropriately
* Lead rota management and on-call responsibilities
* Drive continuous improvement and positive outcomes
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Experience in supported living or residential leadership roles
2. Strong knowledge of mental health, homelessness, and substance misuse
3. Confident leadership and team development skills
