We're working with a fast-growing, consumer-facing digital brand in the rewards and experiences space. Built around rewards and exclusive experiences, the business has a loyal and engaged customer base and is now investing further into CRM to drive retention and long-term loyalty.
They're looking for a hands-on, creative and commercially minded CRM, Content & Community Executive to join the team.
The Role
Working closely with the CRM and Content Managers, you'll support the planning and delivery of campaigns across email, SMS, social media and the brand's own platform. You'll take ownership of key operational elements, manage customer communications and play an active role in the brand's outward-facing presence - including on-camera content and live-streamed events.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Supporting CRM campaign execution including copywriting, scheduling and audience selection across email, SMS and app notifications
2. Creating and delivering content across social media including static posts, short-form video and campaign assets
3. Managing customer enquiries via email and social media to a consistently high standard
4. Contributing to campaign planning and end-to-end execution across multiple channels
