A well-known and highly respected law firm in Birmingham is seeking an ambitious Employment Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) to join its established and growing employment team. The Role: You will advise on a broad range of employment law matters, including:

* Contentious and non-contentious employment work
\t
* Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
\t
* TUPE and redundancy advice
\t
* Employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
\t
* Supporting corporate transactions with employment expertise
You will work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and strategic matters, gaining exposure to excellent clients across a range of sectors.
Requirements: NQ–5 years PQE in employment law
Experience in contentious and/or advisory employment matters
Strong technical ability and attention to detail
Excellent communication and client-handling skills
A proactive and commercially minded approach
