Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the food manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the food manufacturing sector.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers in these sectors.
* Conduct comprehensive candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to food manufacturing leadership roles.
* Develop detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports for these industries.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client briefing to final placement.
* Contribute to business development and new client acquisition in food manufacturing.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve collective targets and deliver exceptional results.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in executive search or high-end recruitment.
* Proven track record of successful senior-level placements, preferably in food manufacturing.
* Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.

* Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
