Our VC-backed client is tackling a critical issue in a woefully-underserved space, ensuring that their clients’ employees and their families receive the crucial, life-changing support they deserve.
As their first SDR, you will own conversations with potential clients and driving new business, focusing mainly on both inbound and outbound prospecting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone interested in diving head first into a fast paced sales role - you’ll be on a fast upwards trajectory towards a team lead role.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a Sales Development Representative role within employee benefit, tech for good or HR SaaS company - this is a must! You are keen to be hands-on, super commercially minded and thrive in an early-stage environment where you can make a direct impact.
This is a hybrid company their small, high-calibre team typically meets in their central London office twice a week.
As Sales Development Representative you will:
 * Build opportunity creation through triaging and and owning both inbound outbound outreach
 * Lead inbound and outbound prospecting within your vertical, becoming an expert in the Employee Wellbeing sector
 * Be involved in events and contribute to content marketing initiatives to generate relevant and engaging content for your target audience
 * Understand and communicate the core value propositions to prospective customers
 * Use research and data to constantly optimise and improve your approach
We want to hear from you if:
 * You have at least 6 + months experience as an SDR.
 * You are super comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls, you see rejection as redirection.
 * You love building processes from the ground up.
What do they offer?
 * £40-43k base salary + 50% of base as commission
 * Compelling equity package
 * 25 days annual leave + public holidays
 * Pension contribution
