About the Role
As Operations Administrator, you'll play an essential part in the daily smooth running of the firm, taking on varied responsibilities across Compliance, Accounts, HR, and general business operations. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role for someone who enjoys organisation, working with people, and contributing positively to team success.
Key Responsibilities
* Support compliance processes to ensure regulatory requirements are consistently met.
* Assist operations and people functions, maintaining accurate records and helping with staff onboarding.
* Provide proactive administrative support across the firm—including reception duties, managing shared mailboxes, setting up meeting rooms, handling post, scanning, printing, and copying.
* Deliver first-class service in responding to client and team enquiries via phone and email.
* Work alongside the marketing team to schedule and create engaging content and social media posts across platforms.
* Assist the Accounts team with day-to-day financial administration and record-keeping.
Who We're Looking For
* Previous experience in business support, administration, or office assistant roles; experience in legal/professional services is desirable but not essential.
* Friendly, professional attitude and confidence in liaising with people at every level.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
* Highly IT-literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems.
* Proven team player who enjoys supporting others and thrives amidst change.
