About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD / Revit Technician to support the production and coordination of technical drawings and models across a range of projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing accurate design documentation and ensuring high standards of delivery.

Key responsibilities
* Produce detailed CAD drawings and Revit models in line with project requirements
* Assist in the preparation of planning, tender, and construction packages
* Coordinate drawing information with architects, consultants, and contractors
* Maintain and develop BIM standards and drawing protocols
* Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all technical documentation
* Support project teams to meet deadlines and programme milestones
Qualifications and skills
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
* Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Experience working within an architectural or design practice
* Good knowledge of BIM processes and standards
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
