Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to manage and develop our Pre-Sales team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our team becomes a central and trusted point of contact across the business. You will oversee day-to-day customer service activities, support the resolution of customer queries, and ensure accurate handling of customer information and product specifications.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the Pre-Sales team to deliver outstanding customer support.
* Develop apprentices within the team and support their professional growth.
* Oversee team skills development and coordinate training initiatives.
* Manage government schemes, including MCS umbrella and other relevant programs.
* Support the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio.
* Assist in the design and sale of equipment for both small and large-scale projects.
* Provide support across domestic and commercial heating product lines.
* Ensure accurate handling of customer data, billing information, and product specifications.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support.
* Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
* Interest or experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable).

* An understanding of government schemes is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
* An understanding of ASHPs is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
