To be responsible for the creation and maintenance of compliant anaesthetic medical staff rotas including on-call Day to day management of Doctors staff rota enquiries within the department, take full responsibility for decision making In the absence of one of the rota coordinator staff to be responsible for their workload including complex administration of clinical arrangements To prevent inadequate placement of anaesthetic/theatre staff to allocations which may have serious and immediate implications to service delivery Base Location: Poole Interview Date: TBC Main duties of the job Dealing with complex and sensitive information, communicating to colleagues as and when required Ability to deal with complex enquiries from clinical staff and work proactively to resolve and find solutions Identify any rota related issues, find solutions to maintain service delivery Competently make decisions regarding rotas on a day to day basis Working for our organisation Our values define who we are as #TeamUHD.
