About The Role

Are you passionate about connecting talented individuals with the right opportunities? As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end recruitment for our Commercial business areas including Investment Management and Wealth Management, primarily focusing on entry to mid-level hires. This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trusted adviser to hiring managers, contribute to building robust talent pipelines, and help shape the future workforce of our organisation. You will work closely with business leaders and the People Division, using data-driven insights to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring process.
Partnering with hiring managers to clarify requirements, develop job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
Sourcing candidates through job boards, professional networks, databases, and other channels.
Screening, shortlisting, and providing feedback to candidates and line managers.
Supporting senior and specialist recruitment projects alongside Senior Talent Acquisition Partners.
Contributing to market mapping, candidate research, and outreach for complex or senior roles.
Collaborating on workforce planning to understand and anticipate hiring needs.
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for critical and future roles.
Using recruitment data and analytics to inform decisions and recommend process improvements.
Advising line managers on sourcing strategies, candidate selection, and assessment methods.
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
Championing a positive candidate experience that reflects our values and culture.
Supporting employer brand initiatives to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative recruitment professional with a strong background in end-to-end talent acquisition. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate environment and have a proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Your expertise in recruitment best practices, combined with your data-driven approach and commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience, will make you a valuable addition to our team.

Essential Criteria

Demonstrable experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and assessment. Key deliverables are Time To Hire and mitigation of agency usage
Proven track record of recruiting for Wealth Management, Investment Management or Financial Services.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to advise and support hiring managers.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
Solid understanding of recruitment compliance, inclusive hiring practices, and use of applicant tracking systems.

Desirable Skills

Exposure to senior or specialist recruitment projects within a corporate or regulated environment.
Experience supporting workforce planning and building talent pipelines.
