What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting your manager with P&L responsibilities, including budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
* Ensuring our flagship buildings are maintained to the highest standards—visually, operationally, and experientially
* Leading and motivating on-site teams, creating a culture of ownership, pride, and accountability
* Driving service excellence, compliance, and contractor performance
* Identifying ways to enhance efficiency and innovate service delivery in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing a small, high-quality portfolio—bonus if within commercial or trophy assets
* Exceptional people management skills with a natural ability to lead, coach, and empower teams
* A proactive leader who’s comfortable making decisions and taking initiative
* Confident in handling budgets and contributing to P&L strategy
* Detail-oriented with a focus on presentation and operational excellence
