This is a close‑knit, highly collaborative group where the successful candidate will work directly with the partner and benefit from immediate client interaction.
The position is suited to candidates from NQ to 2 PQE.
Overview
The team advises a broad mix of clients—from start‑ups and SMEs to international businesses and professional services firms—across the full scope of UK business and private immigration. They are recognised for delivering tailored solutions to complex immigration challenges and guiding clients through the UK’s evolving immigration landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling UK business immigration matters, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility and other sponsored routes.
* Assisting with sponsor licence applications, renewals, audits and compliance.
* Advising on secondments, intra‑group transfers and immigration aspects of corporate transactions.
* Providing compliance guidance, including right‑to‑work duties and preparation for Home Office audits.
* Supporting individuals and families with applications for residence, settlement and citizenship.
