What you?ll be doing: Driving Growth: Meet and exceed sponsorship sales targets, delivering measurable revenue growth. New Business Development: Identify, pursue, and close new commercial opportunities with corporate clients, sponsors, and high-value accounts. Consultative Selling: Understand client marketing goals and craft tailored sponsorship packages that deliver ROI. Pitching & Presenting: Confidently pitch to clients via phone, video, and face-to-face meetings. Market Intelligence: Attend competitor events and stay ahead of industry trends to keep Goodwood at the forefront. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to deliver value-driven partnerships. Performance Ownership: Manage KPIs and sales targets, reporting regularly on progress and outcomes.
