Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Dorset, which needs an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team and handle predominately education prosecutions matters.
Role: Litigation Solicitor
Location: Dorset – hybrid
Umbrella Rate: £50 – £55ph
PAYE Rate (Inclusive of holiday): £44.10 – £48.44ph
Contract length: 3 months ongoing
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor role:
* Deliver clear, timely legal advice on litigation and dispute resolution.
* Prepare and conduct litigation, including advocacy where appropriate.
* Advise on risk, pre‑action protocols, and settlement options.
Key Requirements:
* A Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with strong litigation/dispute resolution experience.
* Able to meet travel requirements.
* Excellent advocacy, communication, and drafting skills.
