About The Position
Restaurant General Manager – Trafford, Manchester (Flagship Site)
This isn’t just another GM role. This is Trafford – one of our busiest, most visible restaurants. Big volume. Big team. Big expectations. We’re looking for someone who’s already proven that they can lead at this level.

You’ll
* Lead from the front in a fast, high‑volume environment.
