This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working, based in Lambeth Borough. Salary is £40,404 per annum, rising to £41,637 pa with standard annual increases.

About the Team
We are recruiting an Occupational Therapy Assistant for our Information Contact and Assessment Service. This role is part of a transformative programme to support the integration of health and social care in Lambeth.
About the Role
* Promote and maintain independence for vulnerable and disabled service users, focusing on the assessment for, and provision of, equipment and adaptations.
* Assess the functional needs of service users and their careers in line with relevant legislation and departmental policy.
* Assess and write recommendations for simple major adaptations such as level access showers and stairlifts.
