Role Overview:
As a SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on psychology, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the educational and emotional development of primary school students. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons, with a particular focus on incorporating psychological principles to support learning and well-being.
* Providing one-to-one or small group support for students, including those with special educational needs, to ensure their academic and social progression.

Requirements:
* A degree in Psychology or a related field.
* Passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate young learners.
* Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced school environment.
* Previous experience working with children or in educational settings is advantageous.
