Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00 + alternate Saturdays 08:00 – 13:00
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Manager – or a Senior Parts Advisor ready to step up – to join a well-established and highly regarded automotive business in Worthing.

About the Role
As Parts Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the parts department, delivering excellent customer service and supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing incoming customer enquiries and building strong relationships
* Processing orders and handling parts queries efficiently
* Maintaining accurate stock control and internal records
* Supporting service operations and liaising with the Service Manager
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have experience within a motor trade / automotive parts environment and enjoy working in a customer-focused setting.
Key skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or Parts Manager role
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts / dealership environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Confident telephone manner
* A proactive, team-oriented approach
