We’re looking for a Quality Manager to lead and elevate the quality function within a thriving food manufacturing environment.

As the Quality Manager, you will take ownership of the site’s food safety, quality, and systems. You'll lead the daily quality agenda work closely with cross-functional departments to drive compliance and continual improvement. Your work will be essential in upholding high standards, ensuring audit readiness, and enhancing customer satisfaction with your team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day quality operations on site
Maintain and improve food safety, quality, and compliance systems
Manage internal audits and support third-party inspections (BRC, customer audits, etc.)
Oversee non-conformance investigations, customer complaints, and root cause analyses
Ensure documentation, calibration, and training systems are up to standard
Drive a culture of food safety and quality awareness across the business
What you'll need to succeed:
A degree in Food Science or a related discipline
Proven experience in a Quality or Technical Management role within food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety legislation, HACCP (Level 3+), and BRC standards
Experience leading audits and managing compliance frameworks
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-focused approach
Team management experience with a collaborative mindset
