1. Salary: £37,658 or £42,432 per annum, depending on experience
2. No call-out or weekend working
3. Door-to-door pay
4. 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
5. Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates
6. Up to 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets
7. Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card

What You'll Be Doing
The role includes PPM works to agreed SOP’s on M&E Equipment such as Air Conditioning, Heating, Heat Pumps, Electrical services and emergency lighting, there will be some associated PPM tasks that are Refrigeration Biased subject to your skill set so training will be provided. During seasonal PPM freeze times, you will be required to assist the Refrigeration or M&E reactive teams
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other electrical and mechanical tasks as well.
What We're Looking For
9. Full UK Driving License
10. NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation
11. C&G 2391 Testing & Inspection (desirable)
12. 18th Edition
13. Unvented Hot Water
14. Good HVAC and plumbing knowledge
15. Significant experience ideally gained within a retail environment
16. The ability to work unsupervised in a pressurized environment dealing with store teams and members of the public
17. An understanding of commercial refrigeration system technologies
