We provide products and services that include current accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and mortgages, as well as savings, investments, insurance, and wealth management. We also have specialized relationship managers who support customers with bespoke requirements, including high net worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
What will I get to do as a Wealth Manager at HSBC?
Wealth Management is a relationship-based service. You’ll support every aspect of a customer’s financial life, helping them grow, manage, and preserve their wealth, and provide a professional service in a complex financial environment.
Here’s what else you’ll be able to do in this role:
1. Manage and support a portfolio of high-value premier customers
2. Act as a trusted adviser to new and existing customers, providing holistic financial advice and supporting them through key life events such as investing, saving for a home, planning for retirement, or protecting their family
3. Conduct in-depth reviews to identify personal and financial needs of customers and deliver tailored wealth management and financial planning services
4. Advise on a range of products and services, including HSBC products and external partners
5. Deliver needs-based solutions through effective communication and influencing
6. Continuously monitor and gather information to assess impacts, risks, and opportunities for the business

What you’ll give us:
* Role-relevant Level 4 qualifications (Dip CII, CISI, or equivalent QCF RDR level 4)
* Current Statement of Professional Standing
* CAS status (desired)
* Experience providing holistic financial advice across a range of products
* Previous roles as a Wealth Adviser, IFA, Financial Planning Manager, or similar
* Experience in retail banking, relationship management, or front office environments
