Junior Full Stack Developer
Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build and maintain internal business systems, some of which are client-facing. This is a great opportunity for a developer with solid fundamentals who's keen to grow their skills and get hands-on experience across the full development stack.
You'll be working on real-world systems that support day-to-day business operations, collaborating closely with internal teams and experienced developers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Developing and maintaining internal web applications and client-facing systems
* Building responsive user interfaces using modern frameworks such as React
* Assisting with backend services and RESTful APIs
* Working with databases to store and manage application data
* Translating business requirements into practical technical solutions
* Troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and improving performance
* Contributing to code reviews and following best development practices
What We're Looking For
* Good working knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
* Experience with a frontend framework such as React (commercial or personal projects)
* Basic understanding of RESTful APIs
* Familiarity with backend concepts (e.g. Node.js, Express, or similar)
* Experience with at least one database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB)
* Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals
* Comfortable using Git
* A strong desire to learn and develop as a software engineer
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Exposure to TypeScript
* Basic understanding of cloud platforms or hosting environments
* Experience building internal tools or business systems
* Familiarity with Agile development practices
