Sales Specialist – Team Leader
Job Purpose
As a Ski Sales Specialist at Oxford Ski Company, you will play a key role in delivering extraordinary holidays for our clients while helping drive the growth and profitability of the business. You will be part of a vibrant and fast-paced sales team, responsible for managing enquiries, guiding clients through the booking process, and securing both new and repeat business within our portfolio.
This role requires you to combine client care with commercial focus. You will listen carefully to client requirements, translate them into tailored recommendations, and ensure each booking achieves strong conversion rates, gross profit, and re-engagement targets. These metrics form part of your performance expectations, ensuring that both service quality and commercial results are consistently achieved.
Success in this role means balancing efficiency with exceptional service. You will need to be highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once, particularly during peak ski season. In addition, you will build trusted relationships with suppliers and operators, ensuring Oxford Ski Company secures the best value and maintains its reputation as the leading authority in luxury ski travel.

* Re-engagement:
Be proactive in contacting previous clients, strengthening relationships, and encouraging repeat business for future seasons.
* Collaboration:
Work closely with Concierge and Marketing teams, ensuring smooth client handovers, joined-up service, and feedback that strengthens future sales and campaigns.

Develop expert knowledge of our chalet and hotel portfolio so that you can confidently recommend the most suitable options and act as a trusted advisor.
