Ridgeway & Co are looking for an experienced and proactive Procurement Administrator to work with a specialist subcontractor, helping to drive public sector framework growth and ensure smooth procurement operations as they expand their reach across local authority, NHS, housing and education projects.
The Role
As Framework Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing and tracking all public sector frameworks. You’ll:

Research, identify and monitor relevant frameworks across Local Authorities, NHS, Central Government, Housing Associations, Emergency Services, Further Education and Universities.

Lead the full application process - from initial submission to acceptance, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way.
*
Attend supplier engagement webinars and activities, staying ahead of changes and opportunities.
*
Manage live tenders via online portals and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
*
Keep tender databases fully updated and organised.
*
Liaise closely with our estimating team to complete post-award paperwork and onboard new tenders and frameworks smoothly.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience managing public sector frameworks and procurement.
* Ideally from a roofing or wider construction background.
* Confident researching and writing tender responses from scratch.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines.
* Strong communication skills - clear, confident, and proactive with internal teams and external stakeholders.
