Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Occupational Therapist to lead therapy provision at a specialist school in Chigwell, on behalf of a private provider.
This is a leadership role within a therapeutic education setting, offering the opportunity to shape service delivery, mentor junior clinicians, and maintain a hands-on clinical caseload.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Lead the delivery of high-quality OT services across the school
2. Supervise and support junior therapists
3. Conduct complex assessments and develop advanced intervention plans
4. Collaborate with senior education and care staff
5. Represent OT in multi-agency meetings and contribute to EHCP reviews
6. Drive service development and uphold clinical standards

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
11. Degree in Occupational Therapy
12. HCPC registration
13. Minimum 5 years’ experience in paediatric or SEN settings
14. Proven leadership and supervision experience
15. Advanced knowledge of sensory integration and therapeutic models
16. Excellent communication and clinical reasoning skills
