We are seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support our manufacturing operation. Based at our London site, this is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with the Manufacturing, Process & Equipment teams.
You will be responsible for operating manufacturing processes while supporting process improvements, troubleshooting, and the development of more efficient ways of working.
This is not a traditional operator role - you will play an active part in understanding how the process works and contributing to its ongoing optimisation.
Manufacturing Process Technician responsibilities:
1. Operate manufacturing processes across component handling, assembly, and kitting and packaging
2. Follow and contribute to standard work and SOPs
3. Support manufacturing execution, data acquisition, and line improvements
4. Identify and escalate process issues and deviations
5. Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
6. Support equipment operation and basic maintenance activities
7. Contribute to process improvements and optimisation activities
