We currently have a number full-time positions for Silver Stream Healthcare Management Limited (Ballincurrig Care Centre, Leamlara, Co Cork T56 TC04).
Roles & Responsibilities:
• We are excited to offer opportunities for full-time Health Care Assistants. In this role, you will:
• Implement personalized care plans to enhance residents’ quality of life.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting teamwork and integrated care.
• Create a supportive atmosphere, tailoring services to residents’ preferences and needs.
• Provide personal assistance with a commitment to comfort, hygiene, and safe practices.
• Engage residents
Desirable Qualifications :
• FETAC Level 5 modules in Care of the Elderly (preferred).
• Patient Moving and Manual Handling training.
• At least 1 year experience as Healthcare Assistant is preferred.
