As a Tech Risk & Controls Associate in Cloud Foundational Services (CFS), you will support audits, assessments, attestations, and regulatory exams conducted by Internal Audit, Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk, External Auditors, and Technology Governance, Risk & Controls (GRC).
You will lead and manage engagements from the audit Planning Phase to the Reporting Phase, supporting product, platform, service, or process owners.
This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, making a tangible impact on technology risk and controls at the firm.
Job responsibilities
* Assess and monitor technology risks, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
* Support implementation of controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Evaluate existing controls, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
* Analyze complex situations, advise on risk management strategies, and support risk mitigation.
* Lead and manage audit/assessment engagements for CFS.
* Perform control reviews and risk assessments for CFS processes.
* Identify risks proactively and report periodically.
* Support process owners in operational risk management and stakeholder transparency.
* Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, contributing to improvement recommendations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Experience or expertise in technology risk management, information security, or related fields.
* Experience in risk identification, assessment, and control evaluation.
* Ability to analyze complex issues, develop risk mitigation strategies, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
* Knowledge of firm-wide risk management and technology hygiene tools.
* Proficiency in risk assessment and industry standards.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Cloud Certifications, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or other recognized risk certifications.
