The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Banking Solicitor to join our highly regarded Aberdeen team. In this role, you will:
1. Advise on lending transactions across various sectors, with a particular focus on fintech, digital assets, corporate lending, and leveraged finance.
2. Work on private securitisations, forward flow arrangements, and debt funding for innovative fintech clients.
3. Collaborate on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and corporate lending transactions for a mix of borrowers and lenders.
