Position Overview
Companies in the Westin Engineering Group have decades of experience in specifying and distributing electromechanical and electronic products. They are well established within the industrial, offshore and maritime markets, and have customers dating back 30+ years.
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven individual to carry out business development for the group as a whole. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be the key driver in developing business for the complete offering of the group.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to create and translate strategic objectives into practical sales plans.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and provide insights to the board.
Identify new market opportunities and carryout business development initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience
Minimum five years of proven sales experience.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
