You will be responsible for:
* Welcoming customers warmly
* Processing bets and assisting with queries
* Demonstrating how to use betting terminals
* Building relationships and delivering excellent customer service
* Promoting safer gambling practices
* Supporting shop displays and opening/closing activities as needed
Working Patterns:
* Shops operate between 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday
* Shifts are scheduled on a rota, including evenings and weekends

* Age 18+ (legal requirement)
